Our Confidential Print Lamination service

We provide a confidential trade lamination service for companies involved in litho laminated cartons and boxes. We receive litho printed top sheets and laminate these to a specified single face substrate B, E or Microflute (F Flute).
Quality of both the laminating substrates is of the utmost importance and regular humidity checks are carried out during the laminating process to ensure a good bond between the two materials.

Box Litho can laminate to a variety of materials, including Single Faced Corrugated, Double Faced Corrugated and Solid Board.
Minimum substrate = 0.5mm
Maximum substrate = 15.0mm
Minimum top sheet = 130gsm
Maximum top sheet = 450gsm
