Litho Lamination is a process that allows high quality Lithographic print to be supplied on a corrugated substrate.
Litho Lamination allows you to combine all of the strength and protection of corrugated with the high quality print provided by the lithographic process. This can allow a significant reduction in packaging as it allows transit packaging to be used as retail packaging, removing the need for separate outer packaging.
Glampak manufacture 3 profiles, Jacoflute (F) at 0.95mm, a very fine flute providing an excellent print surface, E Flute at 1.4mm, a fine flute used for smaller cartons offering excellent crush resistance and B Flute at 2.4mm, which offers excellent compression strength and crush resistance and is used for larger packs.
For sheet the minimum is 400mm x 500mm to a maximum of 1600mm x 1600mm, and for finished boxes a minimum of 100mm x 100mm x 100mm to a maximum of 600mm x 600mm x 400mm depending on style.
Glampak makes corrugated board for it’s own use and for the trade. Single faced, Double faced, B, E, and F flutes. We laminate, die cut and glue ourselves too, so we are in total control of all aspects of the process. We have strategic alliances with some of the most modern printers in the UK, so you can be sure that your print will be of the highest quality.
